Shannon is the payroll specialist at CarePros.
In 2021, Shannon graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting. She volunteered at the Campus Food Bank and the Alberta School of Business magazine Lazy Faire during her time as an undergraduate.
Prior to joining CarePros, Shannon was a staff accountant at MNP LLP, where she first completed a co-op term before returning full-time.
Since becoming part of the CarePros team in June 2022, she has been continually inspired and encouraged by the dedication, integrity, and knowledge of her colleagues as they work together to help CarePros’ clients succeed.
Currently, she is continuing her education by pursuing a Payroll Compliance Professional certification with the National Payroll Institute.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, and tending to her houseplants. She also loves sci-fi books and movies.
