Julianah is a Program Supervisor at CarePros. As a dedicated child, youth, and adult care services provider, she has been working in disability support services since 2012.
Julianah brings hands-on experience to both frontline support and program oversight, from her experience as a Supported Living Monitor. She has supported day-to-day operations of supported living programs and maintained safe and supportive home settings while adhering to individualized service plans, agency policies, and provincial standards. Julianah has worked closely with individuals receiving services, direct support professionals, families, and community partners to ensure consistent, responsive care.
Due to the passion, satisfaction, and fulfillment she gets from providing support to people with disabilities, she pursued her career in support work by delivering person centred care, promoting daily living skills, ensuring safety, offering emotional/social support, and advocating for inclusive spaces where individuals with disabilities can thrive.
In her spare time, Julianah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves watching movies.
