Jeffrey is a Program Supervisor at CarePros. For the past four years, Jeff has been working in human services in northern Alberta, dedicated to promoting resilience and empowering families. He brings experience in specialized residential care and behavioural programs in addition to work in collaborative service delivery. Jeff holds a B.S. in Psychology, coupled with a professional background in construction and business management. He excels in relational practice, de-escalation, and navigating the complexities of the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act and loves working with youth at-risk! A core component of Jeff's practice is his commitment to incorporating a strong Indigenous framework, informed by valuable teachings received from trusted Elders and Knowledge Keepers. When off the clock Jeff enjoys skiing, hiking with his dog, working on cars and the 1985 Chicago Bears.
