Andrew is a Program Supervisor at CarePros. Based in Red Deer, Andrew comes to CarePros after 13 years of service in the Canadian Forces, serving as an infantryman and retiring at the rank of Master Corporal. Andrew came to this field to help youth thrive. Andrew brings a wealth of unique experiences to program, including time in various leadership capacities within the military. Andrew uses that leadership knowledge to benefit youth and staff, inculcating an environment of shared experience and respect. Andrew also uses his service to enrich learning for youth in program by sharing personal stories related to youth's interests, such as military history, as well as shared personal interests such as language and geography.
