Chani is a Program Supervisor. Chani started her career journey with CarePros in 2022, as a Child and Youth Care Worker, then she was promoted to Lead Child and Youth Care Worker at the Leduc program before becoming a Supervisor. Over the past five years Chani has worked in public school environment, group care, community care and youth centers with a huge amount of passion towards children and youth. With her academic experience in Child and Youth Care here in Canada, she brings out deep knowledge and understanding about policies procedures, relationship building, conflict resolutions and leadership skills. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management major in Human Resources at University College of Dublin, Ireland , in 2014. Chani is an active member of Child and Youth Care Association of Alberta. Chani is currently acting as a Temporary Program Supervisor for Leduc programs.
Chani loves spending her time with her dog while watching a movie, also she loves reading books whenever she gets a spare time.
