Field Supervisor, Service Delivery
Renée is the Supervisor of the Service Delivery team and joined the CarePros’ in September 2020. Growing up with 7 siblings with complex needs, Renee is passionate about advocating and supporting those with mental and behavioural disabilities.
Renée carefully considers how to best provide individualized care and supports to all clients to ensure their unique needs are met. As a Supervisor with Service Delivery, Renee is responsible for ensuring the ongoing care of clients, supporting guardians and service home operators, and ensuring on-going support and supervision of front-line staff.
Prior to joining the CarePros’ team, Renée worked privately as a family support worker with families caring for individuals with complex disabilities. She has a long history of working with individuals of all ages with a variety of complex needs such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Autism (ASD), Fragile-X Syndrome, Tourette Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder (CD), and trauma-related disorders.
Renée graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor in Social Work from MacEwan University. She is currently completing her Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University with a specialization in disabilities, mental health, and addictions.
In her spare time, Renée enjoys spending time with her family on the acreage with her two dogs.
