Administrator, People and Culture
Natalie is the People & Culture Administrator at CarePros, focused on recruiting top frontline talent, streamlining HR processes, and supporting initiatives of the People & Culture team. Natalie is a purpose-driven HR professional focused on uplifting others to seek their top potential at CarePros.
Prior to joining the CarePros team in 2020, she has experience working in non-profit organizations involved in retail & social enterprise, clinical research, and social services. In her last position, she supported individuals with disabilities in gaining employment through the recruitment onboarding process. Through her experience, she has gained knowledge of vulnerable populations, mental health supports, and community development.
Since 2016, Natalie has been a Child Advocate at the Zebra Child Protection Centre. At Zebra, she provides support to children and their families through the investigation, court, and healing process. She is inspired by the resilience of others and their ability to overcome adversity. This has assisted in her ability to continue to empower others and provide meaningful support to individuals through difficult circumstances.
Natalie graduated with a BA in Psychology at MacEwan University with a specific interest in behavioural and counselling psychology. Upon graduating, she completed a diploma in Human Resource Management at NorQuest College. She loves that Human Resources combines her two interests of both psychology and business.
In her spare time, she often frequents local downtown coffee shops, leads a book club, enjoys attending festivals & community events, and outdoor activities.
