Hellen is a Program Administrator at CarePros. She spent three years working as a Care Professional in our child and youth facility before being promoted to an Overnight Supervisor, then a Program Administrator. She works closely with the Service Delivery Supervisors to ensure consistency and growth for those who need it.  Hellen is responsible for creating programs, treatment plans, and summary reports. Prior to her time at CarePros, Hellen worked as a child and youth worker and eventually a team lead at Elk Island Child and Youth Ranch where she obtained her level 1 and level 2 child and youth care certification.   Hellen first knew she wanted to work with children when she started babysitting her nieces and nephews as a teenager. In high school, she participated in a student placement where she assisted children with disabilities at Fort Saskatchewan Elementary for two years.   In her spare time, Hellen enjoys spending her time outdoors. She can be found motocross biking, horseback riding, camping, and hiking.
