"I have been able to achieve some level of success in my life because some people willingly provided me with the needed support at various stages in my life including my lowest points where I felt hopeless and helpless. CarePros is standing in the gap for Children and Youths who need care and support to achieve personal success and I wanted to be there for them just as others were there for me during times I needed them the most. My favourite core value is 'We Are One'. I believe everything in nature is connected and dependent on each other for survival. I love the diversity at CarePros and how majority of the team members strive to be there for each other. My favourite responsibility at CarePros is I get to see the results of my hard work on daily basis when I visit the programs and interact with staff and the clients. Being part of the growth and development of the clients we serve gives me inner satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment."
