Alicia is CarePros Executive Assistant and joined the team in March 2021. Always looking to help out with new daily tasks and challenges, Alicia is a swiss army knife of skills and experience that benefits our teams and clients.

Alicia is responsible for assisting our Leadership team with daily office management, purchasing supplies and equipment, and operations. She also acts as a liaison for CarePros’ Advisory Board and Clinical Strategy Committee by arranging all logistics for board and committee events such as scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and developing, compiling, and distributing presentation information. She assists with managing contracts from vendors and Children’s Services, as well as reviewing RFP/RFIs.

Prior to her time at CarePros, Alicia was a Senior Administrative Assistant at MNP. She spent six years as a Financial Administrator and then Senior Financial Analyst at the Auditor General of Alberta. Before then, she was an Accounting Assistant for Images & Shades Cosmetics.

Alicia received her accounting diploma from NAIT in 2010. In her previous career, Alicia was a medical lab assistant and received her certificate in 2007.

In her spare time, Alicia enjoys cooking, making cheese, and playing video games such as Skyrim.
